“We had dedicated time to really work and plan together as a team. We also had valuable interactions with the other doctors and team leaders to learn and share.
Dental Coaches helped us realize the importance of aligning as leaders. That plan became part of the fabric of our practice now we always refer back to it.
We came back to the office with a strategy and knew we're really going to make this work. And we did.”
Dr. Ben Tolley (about 2023 event)

Come to our Leadership and Alignment Summit to surround yourself with positive like-minded leaders. You and your inner circle of team leaders will be able to plan for making the future better than ever in your practice. Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.
To be entrusted with leadership within an organization is a true gift. There is something magical that happens within a team whose leaders are clear and aligned.
"Leaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others." John C. Maxwell

It can be challenging to work on strategy when faced with the day-to-day responsibilities in your office. This time away is invaluable for achieving alignment wih your leaders and creating a plan for them to help carry out the vision with the team.
Associates are often assumed leaders by the team because of their position. Taking this time to get clear with them on where you want the practive to go and expose them to ways that increase their leadership skills and will help them prepare for this assumed responsibility.
If you still need to establish core values, speak with your coach on ways to make sure you are prepared to get the most out of this experience. More details to prepare you for the content or peer-to-peer discussions will be sent to you in advance of the event.
To experience the Full Summit, we recommend flying in any time on Thursday, November 14th, and flying out after 4pm on Friday, November 15th or any time on Saturday.
